At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training services according to company standards.
Conduct private lessons, group classes, and board & train programs.
Identify training challenges and implement effective solutions.
Communicate regularly with clients about training progress via phone, email, and social media updates.
Provide lifetime graduate support and ongoing client follow-ups.
Maintain strong client relationships and support retention.
Represent the brand professionally in the community through events and partnerships.
Support local outreach efforts and brand awareness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent training quality.
Train dogs ranging from basic obedience to behavior modification and reactive or aggressive behaviors.

Training & Experience:

At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.
Completion of The Dog Wizard Academy Experienced Dog Trainer Track is required.
- 100% of training costs covered by the company with a one-year employment commitment.
- Online training completed before hands-on training.
